  • Business Associates: We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with these cloud providers and all third-party providers who may handle Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or court order. 

  • Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Data stored in the cloud is protected by enterprise-grade security from providers such as Google and Microsoft, which maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.

5. Data Retention: We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or de-identified.

  • Request a copy of your information in portable format.
